Terms of use

These terms are between you and MyFPL, an independent Fantasy Premier League planning tool run by a sole trader in the United Kingdom. By using MyFPL, or by joining the waiting list, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

MyFPL is a decision-support tool. It gathers Fantasy Premier League data and published football commentary, removes the repetition, works out what it means for your squad, and shows you a plan with the reasoning attached.

• •Projections are estimates, not facts.A predicted points total is a model’s opinion about an uncertain future. MyFPL labels how confident it is and where each claim came from precisely so that you can weigh it — that labelling is the product, and it should be taken seriously rather than skipped.
• •The decision is always yours. MyFPL never makes a transfer, never sets a captain and never changes anything in your Fantasy Premier League account. It cannot: it only ever reads your public team ID.
• •It is not advice. Nothing in MyFPL is financial, investment, betting or professional advice of any kind.

MyFPL is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, any football club, or any of the content creators or journalists whose published work it summarises. “Premier League”, “Fantasy Premier League” and club names and badges are the trade marks of their owners and are used only to describe what the data is about.

MyFPL is not yet open to the public. Accounts are created by invitation, and joining the waiting list is a request to be told when that changes — not a purchase, and not a guarantee of a place.

During this period the service is free, is provided as it stands, and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at short notice while it is being built. If we introduce paid plans, we will set out the price and the terms clearly before you are ever asked to pay for anything.

• •Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at pro@myfpl.pro if you think somebody else has it.
• •An account is for one person. Please do not share it.
• •Give us accurate details — particularly your Fantasy Premier League team ID, since a wrong one produces a confident plan for somebody else’s squad.
• •You must be at least 13 years old to have an account.
• •You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time, and we will.

The service is small and the running costs are real, so please use it as it is meant to be used. Do not:

• •scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract MyFPL’s analysis, or use automated tools to hammer the service;
• •resell MyFPL’s output, or republish it as your own;
• •try to get around access controls, reach other people’s data, or probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first — we will always answer a genuine security report gratefully at pro@myfpl.pro;
• •use MyFPL to break the law, or to break Fantasy Premier League’s own rules.

MyFPL — the software, the models, the wording and the design — belongs to us. What you put in belongs to you: your squad, your notes and your decisions stay yours, and you give us only the permission needed to store and process them so the service can work.

Fantasy Premier League data belongs to the Premier League. Videos and posts we analyse belong to the creators and journalists who published them; we summarise and cite them, and we keep the source attached to every claim.

We build this carefully and we test it, but MyFPL is provided as it stands. We do not promise that it will always be available, that the third-party data it depends on will be accurate or on time, or that a plan it produces will score you points. Football is not predictable; that is the entire reason the game is interesting.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost points, lost mini-league positions, lost time, or any decision you make on the back of something MyFPL showed you. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

You can stop using MyFPL whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used in a way that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk. If we do, we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. If a change materially affects you, we will email account holders rather than relying on them to notice.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep the right to bring a claim in your own country’s courts.
